LM Cases

This case was designed for Steelcase Inc. The case is designed to hold the companies Walkstation unit for their trade show exhibit. The interior features a large storage compartment with a 1/2″ Comatex plastic bottom to allow easy loading and unloading of the treadmill. The table legs are mounted on the left side of the case, one set of legs hangs on plywood with HDPE plastic runners to allow the piece to slide easily. The small components are held in custom inserts that were built out of laminated PE foam and cut on our CNC fast wire saw. The case lid features a custom instruction board to show which components go in each compartment. The case has 2 separate sides, the front side holds the individual parts, the rear side allows access to the treadmill to aid in its removal and shelfs for the storage of miscellaneous items.

The exterior case is built out of 1/2″ plywood and features our custom proprietary aluminum forklift guard. The case is mounted on HD 4″x 2″ casters and used deep recessed handles.
