Calix Trade Show Case

This case was built for Calix. The case is designed to hold a custom display rack used to hold the companies equipment at trade shows. The inner rack needed to protected from shipping abuse because as it is an integral part of Calix’s show booth.
The case is built out of LM’s proprietary 1/2″ composite panels, and laminated with purple ABS plastic. Composite panels allowed this large case to weigh in at 300lbs, a drastic weight savings compared to a traditional 1/2″ plywood case.
The cases interior features custom foam blocking to hold the rack in place as well as a 1/4″ aluminum ramp to allow the rack to simply be rolled into the case.
The exterior of the case features the companies 3 color silkscreened logo, 4″ x 2″ HD casters and a 1/4″ aluminum forklift guard.
