This case was built for the back line division of Mohegan Sun Casino. The case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and is outfitted with Neon Green laminate. The case features a quick-lock mechanism to hold the cymbals down, this allows you to push a button and release the holder. This is much quicker than threading a typical nut over a threaded rod. The design of this case is special because it was made to protect all aspects of the cymbal. The threaded rod has a nylon sleeve over the bottom half so the threads will not dig into the cymbal hole resulting in “key-holing”. We also cut circular pieces of black ozite carpet with thread holes in the center to prevent the cymbals from banging into each other during transport.
