This case was designed for the Audio Visual Professional Group. The case is from our XL Series (Click Here For Info). XL Series cases are designed for light weight portable applications, they work especially well in the rental markets.
The case features a 1″ foam lined interior with strategic blocking at the faders and around the rear of the console to ensure that the board does not move in the case. The exterior case is made out of our proprietary XL extrusion wrapped around a 1/4″ plywood panel.

This case is designed for the Presonus Studiolive 16.0.2 mixer. The case is built out of 1/4″ plywood to keep it lightweight and manageable. The case interior features a 1″ foam lined interior with strategic foam blocking to keep the mixer in place during transportation. There is a foam slot under the mixer for cable storage.
The case closure style allows the mixer to remain in the bottom of the case when the lid is removed.

This case was built for Michigan State University for bowl games and holds 10 Dell E6250 laptops and power supplies. The laptops are held in a custom CNC cut foam insert that provides custom fitting, shock absorbing compartments. The power supplies are stored in a 4″ carpet lined accessory compartment.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ plywood laminated with forrest green abs. The case features 4 recessed handles, 3.5″ casters and a silkscreen of the Michigan State logo.

This case was built for San Diego state for their recent bowl game. The case features a shock mounted rack shell with space for 3 1RU servers. The case features 4 Baltic birch drawers mounted on HD glides for storage.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and features 3.5″ casters, padlockable hasp latches and 3 prints of the San Diego State silkscreen.

This sideline trunk is a must have for any team! The trunk is built out of a 3/8″ plastic honeycomb panel that allows the case to be extremely light (just under 90lbs) and water resistant. The case is built around the standard 90″ quarter truck pack with outside dimensions of 45″ left to right by 22.5″ front to back and 24″ tall. The case interior features 2 compartments that are 20.25″ left to right by 19.5″ front to back by 21″ tall.
The case interior is lined with closed cell water proof foam and features a drain in the bottom allowing wet or dirty items like towels to transported. The case exterior features 4 handles and 8″ field casters.
This case is available in colors black or desert tan only.

This case was designed to be the ultimate portable video case. The case is based around a 46″ Sony 3D LED-LCD monitor mounted on a remote controlled adjustable lift. The lift allows the monitor to be raised high enough to be seen in a large room and still the case a manageable size. All of the monitors connections including HDMI, VGA, Component RBG, Coax, Cat5 and 1/8″ audio in are accessible via a custom built patch panel on the front of the case. This allows users to easily integrate components like laptops, DVD players and or gaming systems with out the need to reach behind the monitor.
The monitor content can be completely provided by the internet. The case comes equipped with an Apple Airport Extreme which provides a WiFi hot spot as well as internet for the Apple TV and web ready TV. The front section of the case also includes 6 courtesy outlets and an iPod dock.
The case audio is handled by studio caliber KRK sound system which consists of 2 bi-amped high frequency speakers as well as a dedicated 10″ subwoofer. All system inputs are labeled in the TV menus, the Apple TV is listed as “Apple TV” the iPod dock is listed as “iPod Dock” etc… This allows everything to be controlled by the TV’s standard remote which makes the system very easy to operate even for the technical novice.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and featured 6 deep recessed handles and 4″ locking Colson casters. The case interior also features a storage drawer mounted on Accuride glides and a 30 ft retractable extension cord reel allowing the case to be integrated truly from the ground up!

This case was debuted at the 2012 AFCA show. Its designed to be a mobile repair station for helmets when teams are on the road. The case features a removable front lid that has a white dry erase board mounted in the lid and a hinged top lid that holds a drill and tilt lock bins.
The top hinged lid allows easy access to an included cordless drill and small parts bins. The lid is coated in black textured coating to provide the most rugged and aesthetically pleasing surface available. The work surface below is laminated with black formica providing a smooth repair surface.
Two drawers mounted on Accuride glides are positioned directly under the work surface to provide quick and easy access to tools and additional parts, both drawers are keylockable. The left drawer features a custom CNC foam cut insert for the provided screwdriver set. The individual screwdriver compartments allow a quick inventory of the drawer, if you see an open slot; you know a tool is missing.
Below the drawers is a 12 capacity helmet storage compartment. The inner compartment is coated with black textured coating, the dividers are built out of black 3/8″ Comatex plastic. The compartments allow storage for 2 helmets each.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ plywood and features 4″ Colson casters (2 Locking & 2 Non Locking), recessed lid stays and 8 deep recessed handles. The front lid featured 2 padlockable hasp latches for security.
The case is designed to fit in most bus bays. The back of the case features white plastic runners to make loading and unloading from a bus bay as easy as possible.

The 2012 Signature Amenities Case is designed to be the ultimate mobile mini kitchen unit. The case features a 4.4 cu. ft refrigerator, a .9 cu. ft microwave, Keurig, Bose Sound Dock and a hot dog maker.
The Signature case is built out of our 3/8″ proprietary composite panels laminated with black fiberglass panels. The case features 6 deep recessed handles, 4″ Colson casters and table legs in the rear lid.
The case comes standard with all appliances loaded and a 30ft retractable extension reel.

(Small Athletic Trainers Case - Click For Larger Image)
This case is designed with the portable athletic trainer in mind. The case is small enough to be transported in a personal vehicle and large enough to carry the gear that a portable athletic trainer needs.
The case is built out of our proprietary 3/8″ composite panels which do not contain any organic matter. This means that you can rest this case on a wet field or leave it out in the rain and the panels will not rot or warp like a traditional plywood panel. The interior of the case is coated with textured black coating to not only provide a durable work surface, it also provides an aesthetically pleasing interior.
We built in 8 pop out bins with 3 divided compartments each for small items like asprin, bandages and gauze. The main body of the case features 3 large removable plastic bins for items like braces, hot packs and tape. The bottom bin comes with a removable tape caddy that can hold 120 rolls of 2″ tape.
The case features a telescoping extendable handle and 3″ inboard dolly casters for maximum portability. The case was designed with bus packing in mind and can be transported upright or on its back, the exterior features 8 deep recessed handles to allow easy handling in either position.

This case was built for Oxygen Lightworks. The case is designed to hold 8 GLP Volkslicht RGB moving fixtures with clamps attached. The fixtures ride in a hanging configuration in a custom CNC cut foam insert. The lights can be placed in the insert in any direction to allow for easy loading and unloading.
The exterior case is built out of 3/8″ silver plywood and features yellow lid strips to match the companies color motif. The case also features 4″ Colson casters, stacking caster wells in the lid, and a custom 2 color silkscreen of the OLW logo.
